I just knew that it was going to be the year of the invites! So far we have been invited to 8 parties, and we have attended 5 w/3 more to come! How fun! So what if most of them Waylon and Avery were invited and we just get to tag along! January has been a great month for family time and good health (knock on wood)!

I don't have any updated pics, but will get some soon! It's almost V-Day!

Lost Dogs 1/2/09

Our dogs are back at home with their family. What a way to start the New Year!

Well we had an appraiser come yesterday morning and he, Justin and I left the gate open (notice no blame from me), so when the dogs were sent out to go pee, it was an open invitation for Copper and Swade to go for a joy walk. They went out about 1:00 and Justin found them missing around 3:30. Both us and two of our neighbors were out looking for our dogs. Apparently there are others on our block that love our chocolate labs, who knew!

So we made signs at Kinko's (@ $1.00 a page, can you imagine, we made 50 pages to post), Justin went to the shelter and they weren't there, so he finally came home about 6:15, and went to check the site one last time for the night. THERE WERE OUR DOGS IN DOGGIE JAIL! I have to try and post the picture, it's really funny now that we know they are safe!

So this post is for the LOVE we hold for Copper and Swade our labs and the best dogs in the world!

Now I'm beginning to wonder why God trusted me with two babies too!
